Position: Chief Mechanic / Maintenance Head

Reporting to: VP Operations

Objectives: To be able to keep and implement preventative maintenance on all company equipment’s such as: heavy equipment, company service vehicles and company machineries.

Responsibilities:

• Examine machines and oversee diagnostics tests to determine functionality problems
• Design a plan of action for all maintenance schedule of all equipment.
• Maintain work logs, repairs and maintenance records.
• Ensure that all equipment’s are in good and running condition at any given time and working properly and smoothly during operations.
• Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary.
• Monitor fuel disbursement and consumptions and order new inventory if necessary.
• Manage and supervise day to day activity of the motor pool area.

Qualifications:

• With 3 to 5 years’ experience in heavy equipment.
• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
• Can lead team and work with minimum supervision
• Willing to be based in Manila
